Commercial real estate is a second career for me after 30+ years in banking, primarily in Southern California. During my banking career, I had the opportunities to manage branches, make both secured and asset based loans including lending to Fortune 500 companies, finance commercial real estate, and manage corporate relationships in excess of ½ billion dollars.

When I decided to leave banking in 2002, I wanted a career where I could put my banking and real estate skills to good use. Commercial real estate sales, leasing and investment seemed to be the perfect choice. In order to provide even more expertise to my customers, I earned my Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2007. This rigorous course of study is considered to be a Masters degree in Real Estate. My specialties include investments, sale and leasing of office and retail properties, and redevelopment opportunities.
